Pastry (40%) [Wheat flour, Margarine (Palm and Rapeseed Oil, Water, Salt), Water, Salt] , Smoked Haddock (37%), Water, Cheddar Cheese, Single Cream, English Mustard [Water, Mustard Flour, Salt, Turmeric, Pimento], Spinach, Unsalted Butter, Dried Parsley.

Cooking From Frozen:

Place on a lightly greased baking tray and put into an oven pre-heasted to 200°c (Gas mark 6) and cook for 30-35 minutes until pastry is crisp and fish cooked through. (In a non fan assisted oven, cooking time may take longer)

Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Storage From Frozen:

Store in a freezer and consume within 3 months of purchase. Once thawed - do not re-freeze.
